StreamPro Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any streaming platform, including but not limited to Netflix, Inc., Hulu LLC, Peacock TV LLC, Roku, Inc., Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, or any other streaming service. All platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent third-party infrastructure management company.
Our services are designed exclusively for business and commercial use. We do not provide consumer-facing tech support or individual subscription management services.

StreamPro Solutions does not assume responsibility for ensuring your streaming platform subscriptions comply with each platform's commercial licensing terms. That responsibility lies solely with you as the subscriber.
StreamPro Solutions is a fully independent company. We are not authorized representatives, resellers, agents, or employees of any streaming platform. Our services involve the configuration and management of streaming infrastructure — not the provision of streaming content or platform subscriptions.
All streaming subscriptions are maintained directly by our clients with the respective streaming platforms. We assist with the technical configuration and management of those subscriptions in commercial environments. StreamPro Solutions is not responsible for:

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of StreamPro Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use any content from our Site without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages from our Site for your own non-commercial use in evaluating our services.
All streaming platform names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on our Site is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant specific uptime percentages beyond those expressly set forth in a signed Service Level Agreement with a specific client.
Results of our services, including streaming quality and uptime, may vary based on factors outside our control, including client network infrastructure, third-party platform performance, and internet service provider reliability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMPRO SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR SERVICES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to StreamPro Solutions in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamPro Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party streaming platform's terms of service; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Notice of Recording: In compliance with applicable federal and state laws — including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and state wiretapping statutes — callers will be informed at the beginning of a call if it is being recorded. By continuing a call after receiving notice that it is being recorded, you consent to such recording.
State-Specific Notice: Some U.S. states require all-party consent for call recording (including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington). When required by law, StreamPro Solutions will obtain explicit consent from all parties before recording begins. If you do not consent to recording, please inform our representative at the start of the call — we will accommodate your request and continue the conversation unrecorded.
Data Handling: Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized StreamPro Solutions personnel. We do not share, sell, or transfer call recordings to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. Recordings are retained for a period of up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted.
