We share your booking details only with the technician assigned to your job, and with payment processors as needed to complete your transaction. We may disclose information if required by law.
Calls to our booking line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call. See our Call Recording practices below for details.
We retain booking and service records for as long as needed to provide support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
